Before the last business day of January, April, July, and October, the commission shall, upon approval of the budget agency, transfer the surplus revenue to the treasurer of state for deposit in the lottery surplus fund.As added by P.L.58-2019, SEC.4. Amended by P.L.108-2019, SEC.72.
