§ 4-33-10-1

A person who knowingly or intentionally:(1) makes a false statement on an application submitted under this article;(2) operates a gambling operation or a cruise in which wagering is conducted or is to be conducted in a manner other than the manner required under this article;(3) permits a person less than twenty-one (21) years of age to make a wager;(4) aids, induces, or causes a person less than twenty-one (21) years of age who is not an employee of the riverboat gambling operation to enter or attempt to enter a riverboat;(5) wagers or accepts a wager at a location other than a riverboat; or(6) makes a false statement on an application submitted to the commission under this article;commits a Class A misdemeanor.As added by P.L.277-1993(ss), SEC.124.
