§ 4-33-12-5-7

The county shall make payments to the eligible municipalities not more than thirty (30) days after the county receives the quarterly distribution of admission tax revenue under IC 4-33-12-8 or the supplemental distributions received under IC 4-33-13-5 from the state.As added by P.L.214-2005, SEC.5.
