(b) The commission shall require persons holding owner's licenses to adopt policies concerning the preferential hiring of residents of the city in which the riverboat is located for riverboat jobs.As added by P.L.277-1993(ss), SEC.124. Amended by P.L.255-2015, SEC.20.
