(a) The commission shall, upon proper application, grant licenses to competent referees and judges whose qualifications may be tested by the commission, and the commission may revoke any such license granted to any referee or judge upon cause as the commission finds sufficient. A referee's or judge's license must be renewed biennially. No person shall be permitted to act as referee or judge in Indiana without a license.(b) The application for license as referee, or renewal thereof, shall be accompanied by a fee established by the commission.(c) The commission shall appoint, from among licensed officials, all officials for all contests held under this chapter.As added by P.L.113-2010, SEC.11.
