A person may not be appointed to the commission if:(1) the person is not of good moral character; or(2) the person:(A) has been convicted of; or(B) is under indictment for;a felony under Indiana law, the laws of any other state, or laws of the United States.As added by P.L.277-1993(ss), SEC.124.
