The commission shall file any additional reports that the governor requests.(b) The annual report filed under this section must include a statement describing the following:(1) The receipts and disbursements of the commission.(2) Actions taken by the commission.(3) The development and fiscal impact of sports wagering conducted under IC 4-38.(4) Any additional information and recommendations that:(A) the commission considers useful; or(B) the governor requests.As added by P.L.277-1993(ss), SEC.124.
