§ 4-33-6-7-2

In determining suitability, the commission shall consider each applicant's financial integrity and the applicant's ability to operate an inland casino. The commission shall also consider the factors in IC 4-33-6-4. The commission may not determine an applicant is suitable if the commission finds that any of the provisions of IC 4-33-6-3 apply.As added by P.L.293-2019, SEC.20.
