The commission:(1) may issue an owner's license to the person that the commission determines is best suited to hold the license and conduct gaming operations in Vigo County;(2) shall require a person issued an owner's license under subdivision (1) to promptly deliver to the commission a fee of five million dollars ($5,000,000); and(3) may impose other requirements that the commission deems necessary and appropriate to protect the interest of the state and the person issued an owner's license under subdivision (1).As added by P.L.293-2019, SEC.20.
