The commission may revoke an owner's license if:(1) the licensee begins regular operations more than twelve (12) months after receiving the commission's approval of the application for the license; and(2) the commission determines that the revocation of the license is in the best interests of Indiana.As added by P.L.277-1993(ss), SEC.124.
