§ 4-35-6-5-6

The applicant must submit the fingerprints on forms provided by the commission. The commission shall charge each applicant a fee set by the state police department to defray the costs associated with the search and classification of the applicant's fingerprints.As added by P.L.233-2007, SEC.21.
