§ 4-35-8-9-3

Before the fifteenth day of each month, the treasurer of state shall distribute supplemental fees received under this chapter during the previous month in equal shares to each licensed owner or operating agent that commences gambling operations with respect to:(1) an initial owner's license issued under IC 4-33-6; or(2) the initial term of an operating agent contract entered into under IC 4-33-6.5;after June 30, 2006.As added by P.L.233-2007, SEC.21.
