(b) A single prize awarded for one (1) winning ticket in a type II pull tab, punchboard, or tip board gambling game may not exceed five hundred ninety-nine dollars ($599).(c) A single prize awarded for one (1) winning ticket on a seal card in a type II pull tab gambling game may not exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000).(d) A single prize awarded for one (1) winning ticket on a progressive or carryover pull tab game in a type II gambling game may not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000).(e) The selling price for one (1) ticket for a type II gambling game may not exceed five dollars ($5).
