(a) A type II gambling game in which tickets are sold for at least one dollar ($1) but not more than five dollars ($5) must pay out at least seventy-five percent (75%) and not more than one hundred percent (100%) of the amount wagered.(b) This subsection applies only to a type II gambling game ticket that is sold for less than one dollar ($1).
