A state or local law providing a penalty for or a restriction or prohibition against the operation of type II gambling games or the possession, manufacture, transportation, distribution, advertising, printing, storing, or sale of type II gambling games does not apply to the operation of type II gambling games under this article or to the possession, manufacture, transportation, distribution, advertising, printing, storing, or sale of type II gambling games under this article.As added by P.L.95-2008, SEC.13.
