The title to the following shall be held in the name of the state of Indiana:(1) Property constituting the state museums, except to the extent that the property is subject to a use and occupancy agreement between the Indiana finance authority and the Indiana department of administration.(2) Property acquired by the board.As added by P.L.167-2011, SEC.1.
