(a) A licensed owner, operating agent, or permit holder that wishes to offer sports wagering under this article at a riverboat operated under IC 4-33 or a property described in IC 4-38-2-11(3) must:(1) submit an application to the commission in the manner prescribed by the commission for each licensed facility in which the applicant wishes to conduct sports wagering; and(2) pay an initial fee of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).(b) A permit holder that wishes to offer sports wagering under this article at a satellite facility operated under IC 4-31-5.5 must:(1) submit an application to the commission in the manner prescribed by the commission for each satellite facility in which the applicant wishes to conduct sports wagering; and(2) pay an initial fee of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).As added by P.L.293-2019, SEC.43.
