(b) If a sports governing body requests wagering information or requests the commission to prohibit wagering on a particular event or making wagers of a particular type, the commission shall grant the request upon a demonstration of good cause from the sports governing body.(c) The commission shall respond to a request from a sports governing body concerning a particular event:(1) before the start of the event; or(2) if it is not feasible to respond before the start of the event, as expeditiously as possible.As added by P.L.293-2019, SEC.43.
