As used in this chapter, 'eligible broadband service' means a connection to the Internet that provides an actual speed of at least:(1) one thousand (1,000) megabits per second downstream with respect to grants awarded under section 9(b)(1) or 9(b)(2) of this chapter; or(2) one hundred (100) megabits per second downstream and at least twenty (20) megabits per second upstream with respect to grants awarded under section 9(b)(3) or 9(b)(4) of this chapter;regardless of the technology or medium used to provide the connection.As added by P.L.189-2019, SEC.7.
