The office, and any agency or any political subdivision with which the office cooperates or consults in administering this chapter:(1) shall not disclose information designated as confidential or proprietary business information by a grant applicant or recipient; and(2) shall execute appropriate nondisclosure agreements to prevent the disclosure of confidential or proprietary business information in connection with grants awarded under this chapter.As added by P.L.177-2018, SEC.5.
