(a) As used in this chapter, 'qualified broadband project expenses' means capital expenses directly related to a qualified broadband project, including design, construction, engineering, permitting, and testing expenses.(b) The term does not include operating or maintenance expenses related to a qualified broadband project.As added by P.L.177-2018, SEC.5.
