As used in this chapter, 'registered provider' means a company, firm, corporation, partnership, or association that provides broadband Internet service in Indiana and that has registered with the program under section 8 of this chapter.As added by P.L.89-2021, SEC.11 and P.L.158-2021, SEC.2.
