(b) The amount of money deposited in the fund each state fiscal year under this chapter may not exceed two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000). However, after review by the budget committee, the amount of money deposited in the fund in a given state fiscal year may exceed two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000).As added by P.L.201-2023, SEC.60.
