A committee of the general assembly or of either of its houses or a committee of persons who are appointed by the general assembly but who are not members of the general assembly, when authorized by the general assembly by resolution, may inspect the state treasury and the records relating to the state treasury.The committee may compel the attendance of witnesses and send for persons and papers.As added by Acts 1979, P.L.22, SEC.1.
