2-8, means any educational facility property located within Indiana that:(1) is suitable for:(A) the instruction, feeding, recreation, or housing of students;(B) the conduct of research or other work of a nonprofit college or university; or(C) use by a nonprofit college or university in connection with any educational, research, or related or incidental activity conducted by the nonprofit college or university; and(2) is not used or is not to be used for sectarian instruction or study or as a place for devotional activities or workshop.As added by P.L.189-2018, SEC.25.
