§ 5-1-2-2-54

2-10:(A) a political subdivision; or(B) any person, entity, association, trust, or other manner of participant allowed by law to enter contractual arrangements for a purpose eligible for assistance under the federal Clean Water Act.(2) For purposes of the drinking water program established under IC 5-1.2-10:(A) a political subdivision; or(B) any person, entity, association, trust, or other manner of participant allowed by law to enter contractual arrangements for a purpose eligible for assistance under the federal Safe Drinking Water Act.(3) For purposes of the supplemental program established under IC 5-1.2-11, the Indiana brownfields program established under IC 5-1.2-12, the flood control program established under IC 5-1.2-13, the water infrastructure assistance program established under IC 5-1.2-14, and the water infrastructure grant program established by IC 5-1.2-14.5:(A) a political subdivision;(B) the Kankakee River basin and Yellow River basin development commission established by IC 14-13-9-6; or(C) any person, entity, association, trust, or other manner of
