§ 5-1-2-3-10

Notwithstanding any other law, no officer or employee of the state forfeits the officer's or employee's office or employment by reason of the officer's or employee's acceptance of membership in the authority or by reason of the officer or employee providing services to the authority.As added by P.L.189-2018, SEC.25.
