(b) The authority may make improvements and enter into agreements for use with the department of natural resources. The agreements:(1) do not need to be approved by the attorney general; and(2) must be approved by the:(A) budget agency, after consulting with the budget committee; and(B) governor;before the department of natural resources may execute the agreement.As added by P.L.189-2018, SEC.25.
