§ 5-1-2-7-10

All expenses incurred in carrying out this chapter shall be payable solely from funds provided under this chapter, and no liability may be incurred by the authority or the state beyond the extent to which money has been provided under this chapter.As added by P.L.189-2018, SEC.25.
