Health facility property financed under this chapter is not subject to any statutory requirement of competitive bidding or other restriction imposed on the procedure for award of contracts or the lease, sale, or other disposition of health facility property with regard to any action taken under this chapter. However, if the prospective lessee or purchaser requests in writing, the authority shall call for the construction bids in a manner determined by the authority with the approval of the lessee or purchaser.As added by P.L.189-2018, SEC.25.
