The authority:(1) may require that the rates, rents, fees, or charges established by a nonprofit college or university are sufficient to discharge the institution's obligations to the authority; but(2) has no other jurisdiction over the rates, rents, fees, or charges.As added by P.L.189-2018, SEC.25.
