If the authority finds that the economic development project will be of benefit to the health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the area where the economic development project is to be located, and complies with the purposes and provisions of this chapter, the authority may by resolution approve the proposed financing agreement.As added by P.L.189-2018, SEC.25.
