As each unidentified economic development project is identified for possible funding from a program under section 19(11) of this chapter, the requirements of sections 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 of this chapter shall be complied with as a condition precedent to entering into a financing agreement for the funding of the economic development project.As added by P.L.189-2018, SEC.25.
