Before offering for sale or lease to the public any property or interests acquired for an economic development project, the authority shall prepare an offering sheet showing the property or interests to be offered and copies of the offering sheets shall be furnished to prospective buyers or lessees. Maps and plats of the property and any additional information considered appropriate by the authority shall also be kept available for inspection at the office of the authority.As added by P.L.189-2018, SEC.25.
