The notice must state that at a designated time the authority will open and consider written offers for the purchase or lease of the property or interests being offered. In giving the notice, it is not necessary to describe specifically the property or interests or to specify the exact terms of the disposition, but the notice must state the general location of the property or interests and call attention generally to any requirements or limitations that the authority may establish in respect to the economic development project.As added by P.L.189-2018, SEC.25.
