A contract may include the following:(1) Provisions for payment by the IFA to the NWIRDA and the NICTD of all costs incurred by the NWIRDA or the NICTD in the performance of the contract, including all costs of construction, salaries, wages, and associated costs of NWIRDA or NICTD personnel attributable to performance of the contract.(2) Other terms and conditions that the IFA, the NWIRDA, and the NICTD consider appropriate.As added by P.L.189-2018, SEC.26.
