If bonds or notes of the bank are to be sold at public sale, the bank shall follow the provisions of IC 5-1-11 and shall publish notice of the sale in accordance with IC 5-3-1-2 in two (2) newspapers published and of general circulation in the city of Indianapolis.As added by P.L.25-1984, SEC.1.
