The commission shall, following the close of each fiscal year of the commission, submit an annual report of its activities for the preceding year to the governor, the budget committee, and the legislative council. An annual report submitted under this section to the legislative council must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6. Each report must set forth a complete operating and financial statement for the commission during the fiscal year the report covers.As added by P.L.233-2013, SEC.5.
