The office of management and budget shall in 2023 do the following:(1) Conduct a review of:(A) the structures and improvement that have been financed and constructed under this chapter;(B) the amount of:(i) the gross retail incremental amounts and income tax incremental amounts remitted for purposes of IC 4-10-23; and(ii) the motorsports admissions fees that have been remitted under IC 6-8-14;(C) the amount and terms of outstanding debt issued by the authority under this chapter; and(D) the status, economic impact, and viability of the qualified motorsports facility.(2) Before November 1, 2023, submit a copy of the review conducted under subdivision (1) to the budget committee and to the legislative council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.As added by P.L.233-2013, SEC.5.
