An Indiana stadium and convention building authority is created in Indiana as a separate body corporate and politic as an instrumentality of the state to acquire, construct, equip, own, lease, and finance facilities for lease to or for the benefit of a capital improvement board. The authority shall provide staff support to the board of directors appointed under section 7 of this chapter.As added by P.L.214-2005, SEC.6. Amended by P.L.42-2024, SEC.58.
