All expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of this chapter shall be payable solely from funds provided under the provisions of this chapter and no liability or obligation shall be incurred by an Authority hereunder beyond the extent to which moneys shall have been provided under the provisions of this chapter, or otherwise appropriated by law to such Authority.Formerly: Acts 1971, P.L.41, SEC.1; Acts 1972, P.L.10, SEC.1.
