§ 5-10-1-2-5-1

As used in this chapter, 'sick pay plan' means a plan that:(1) provides for an employer to make payments in lieu of wages to employees on account of sickness or accident disability; and(2) meets the requirements of 42 U.S.C. 409(b) or (d).As added by Acts 1979, P.L.34, SEC.1.
