'Retirement fund law' as used in this article means the statutes governing:(1) the Indiana state teachers' retirement fund;(2) the public employees' retirement fund; and(3) the Indiana public retirement system.As added by Acts 1977, P.L.53, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.35-2012, SEC.29.
