This chapter does not apply to:(1) a bank holding company (as defined in IC 28-2-16-3 or IC 28-2-16-9);(2) a subsidiary of a bank holding company (as defined in IC 28-2-16-3 or IC 28-2-16-9); or(3) an action taken or a factor considered pursuant to the requirements of this chapter by a trustee for a:(A) bank holding company described in subdivision (1); or(B) subsidiary of a bank holding company described in subdivision (2).As added by P.L.206-2023, SEC.1.
