§ 5-10-4-7-4

(a) The treasurer of a school corporation, the township trustee, and the appropriate officer of any other institution covered by the fund is liable on the officer's official bond for failure to deduct, report, and pay the contributions to the board.(b) The board, by an action in its name prosecuted by the attorney general, may recover the contributions.[Pre-2006 Education Finance Recodification Citation: 21-6.1-7-4.]As added by P.L.2-2006, SEC.28.
