The retirement plan created by this chapter shall, in all respects to the extent applicable and except as otherwise specifically enumerated in this chapter, be governed by the law creating the public employees' retirement fund, and for that purpose, the provisions of IC 5-10.3 are hereby incorporated into this chapter by reference.Formerly: Acts 1972, P.L.1, SEC.1.
