(b) Each interrogatory in a civil investigative demand served under this chapter shall be answered in accordance with Trial Rule 33.(c) The examination of a person under a civil investigative demand for oral testimony served under this chapter shall be conducted in accordance with Trial Rule 30.As added by P.L.222-2005, SEC.23.
