Each officer designated in section 1 of this chapter may invest or reinvest any funds that are held by the officer and available for investment in obligations issued, assumed, or guaranteed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Redevelopment or the African Development Bank.As added by P.L.18-1996, SEC.14.
