Unless otherwise specified in statute, the electronic copy shall be delivered to the executive director of the legislative services agency.(b) An agency that submits a report under subsection (a) shall do the following:(1) Post, or cause to be posted, a copy of the report on the Internet.(2) Subject to the policies established by the legislative council, send a copy of the report:(A) for reports required to be sent to the entire membership of the general assembly, to each member of the general assembly;(B) for reports required to be sent to the legislative council, to each member of the legislative council; and(C) for reports required to be sent to a committee established under IC 2-5-1.3-4, to each member of the committee;using the member's senate or house of representatives electronic mail address. The legislative council may provide for the legislative services agency to make electronic distribution of reports under this subdivision instead of having the agency make the distribution.(c) The legislative services agency shall
