(b) The requirements described in this chapter are in addition to requirements for contractors stated in the applicable public works statute. The provisions of an applicable public works statute shall be construed consistently with this chapter, but to the extent an applicable public works statute is inconsistent with this chapter, the provisions of this chapter govern.(c) A provision of an invitation for bids, request for proposals, or a public works contract inconsistent with this chapter is void.As added by P.L.252-2015, SEC.12.
